Our speaker will discuss the World Class Lean Manufacturing tools and methodologies employed at Unilever and how they use these tools to drill down and develop root cause analysis; in particular to reduce supplier defects.

Our speaker will also discuss the results Unilever has obtained from the application of these tools and methodologies.

Mary Kate Waldron is a Quality Engineer at Unilever.
Previously she was the Compounding Supervisor at their former Ponds factory in Clinton, CT. She holds her B.S. in ChBE Chemical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology.
